Ford flex We are enjoying our new vehicle, however a few things were ignored when we bought our vehicle. We were told the vehicle would be cleaned before we too We are enjoying our new vehicle, however a few things were ignored when we bought our vehicle. We were told the vehicle would be cleaned before we took it home and it still had the last persons cds and the interior could be wiped down. I wish we would have been able to look over the vehicle more instead of being so rushed because it was in the evening. Over all we like our flex just not the stress of purchasing a vehicle. More

Person desperately in need of a new car I had my car towed to Ben Davis and when the service manager explained that my car would take $3000 to fix I was transferred to the sales department. I had my car towed to Ben Davis and when the service manager explained that my car would take $3000 to fix I was transferred to the sales department. Steve was respectful of my budget and helped me find a car. The process took about 4 hours but it was worth it to leave with a new (used) car. Would recommend Ben Davis to anyone! More

I was told the car I bought could tow a trailer, The car I bought is nice, but now I can't tow my bike south for the winter, so I guess it will be a long chilly ride for me. The handbook says that this car can not tow anything, in fact if it needs towed it has to be on a flatbed. The salesman and/or dealership should know the true answers and not just say something is possible when it suits their needs More
