Great Experience! I normally do not write reviews but I have to share my awesome experience. I traded in a newer car for a very used car without a warranty. He was waiting for me when I arrived and greeted me at the door. They gave me top dollar for my Trade-in and a great deal on the used car that I bought. When I left I couldn’t be more happy. Two days later, I had an issue with the used car. Everyone at Ben Davis went above and beyond to make it right. Nathan, one of the sales managers, sent someone to pick up my car and then gave me a car to drive. The lost trust was immediately gained back after speaking with him. They fixed the issue and had my car back within two days. Everyone that I spoke to was more than helpful and so friendly. I will be a lifetime customer. More
