Absolutely had the worst experience today, took my car in to get looked at thinking I would be okay because I bought the extended warranty when I purchased the vehicle in 2018. Was told when I bought the veh to get looked at thinking I would be okay because I bought the extended warranty when I purchased the vehicle in 2018. Was told when I bought the vehicle that the extended warranty would last the length of me owning/paying on the vehicle. Come to find out I was blatantly lied to and the warranty only lasted to 75,000 miles. Do not be taken by these people and do your own research before buying with them. They clearly didn’t care about their dishonesty and never take them at there word. Also wanted to charge $533.00 for a part that can be bought online for $103.00! I’m so tired of dealerships and will never buy from them again! More

Very Professional Experience I had no previous experience with Ben Davis Chevrolet. Traveled 43 miles to the dealership hoping to purchase the vehicle I spotted online. Everythin I had no previous experience with Ben Davis Chevrolet. Traveled 43 miles to the dealership hoping to purchase the vehicle I spotted online. Everything was set up by Nathaniel who was very helpful and did everything to supply me with information before coming, and Nathaniel also was very helpful during the test drive and the purchase decision. He made sure I had a backup ignition key and took care of the reimbursement. The only difficulty was finding an agreeable trade-in value with the manager. Overall, a good experience. Would recommend Nathaniel! More
