But the fact that somebody called me I told them and I’m still getting several emails I’m going to now reply with my experience. I felt that the female associate that was helping me was more interested in describing to me what her job duties were. I only see a sign under her name saying that she is a service technician as well as everyone else in that service center. But she spent more time explaining to me what her guys did and did not do than actually resolving my problem. She said her service tech Tires. Wanted me to get new tires wanted me to get new tires wanted me to get new tires. I have less than 30,000 miles on my car. And he said I needed to replace before snow came this fall 2023 then explained that I needed to come in and have a tire diagnostic where they need to take apart the tire to understand why the gauge is not reading properly and why I feel the car is pulling because I can’t keep tire pressure . I had actually made an appointment to come back the next day. She couldn’t even talk to me. Referred me to somebody else. That person didn’t even remember who I was. And ultimately I left. The problem has not been resolved. And I don’t feel like anybody there really cared . I think in the future I will choose somebody else to do my oil changes entire maintenance More
