Excellant Service Department Today (June 7, 2019) took my Nissan Altima in for sevice.. I was unable to open my trunk, so brought it in to be checked. Was suppose to take an hour Today (June 7, 2019) took my Nissan Altima in for sevice.. I was unable to open my trunk, so brought it in to be checked. Was suppose to take an hour to repair, and after 10 minutes, I believe his name was Ryan, came out & said "it was finished ." Come to find out, I never knew there was a switch in my glove department that will lock our car, trunk, if we wanted to have it locked while away from my car. and you give your key to a valet. It had been pushed by mistake. Needless to say, felt a little silly but extrenely happy as there was no charge! Thank you Nissan, we really appreciate you being honest and so happy, I wasn;t handed a big bill. .No wonder, I always take my car in for service, it's the very best! Thank you!!!!! More
Bad customer service stay away Customer service sucks bad experience with 1 2017 Nissan Titan new truck at 4 k miles transmission went out on my trip at Vancouver wa never gut reimb Customer service sucks bad experience with 1 2017 Nissan Titan new truck at 4 k miles transmission went out on my trip at Vancouver wa never gut reimbursed for all my expenses of rental hotel Second truck they swapped out to 2017 Nissan Titan Xd one year latter after problem with first one Problems agin new truck 2017 Nissan xd white color from day one scratches and alightment power steering noise Took almost a year to solve They try to buff my truck but instead of fixing one problem they scratched burning all plastic trim with hi speed buffing machine leaving White marks from the component they don’t wash off and not removable it burns in to the plastic trim for good only solution to change the trim About to gave them one last chance to Resolve this problem or otherwise this truck is going to be sitting in front of their dealership Resolution to the problem never was taking only one molding they changed that’s all rest of black trim staid the same mike from sales department manager and nick from service department management full of scam and liars they will never admit and face the consequences don’t do any business with this dealership Bellingham Nissan I don’t know were corporate looking in to but lots of scam and protecting each other in every direction you look in to not a problem solvers but problem makers stay away for your own good Paying big $ and getting back Junk I did not go for that Truck did stayed with them and they can do what ever they want not doing any more business with this dealer More

I bought a used Sentra with 600 miles on it from a Ford dealership. I had a few issues with it so I took it to King Nissan. They offered me a free 120-something point inspection and fixed a couple of the m dealership. I had a few issues with it so I took it to King Nissan. They offered me a free 120-something point inspection and fixed a couple of the minor issues I had. I told them it had a cold start issue so they said to schedule a day when I could leave it there and they would give me a loaner. Turns out I needed a whole new engine! Not a problem at all for them, they oredered it up and are putting it in as I'm writing. Most places I've been to I'd have to convince them what it is that's wrong then beg for them to fix it. These guys suggested it out of the blue. Great experience with them, totally friendly and willing to do warranty work that needs to be done. Always had a loaner car when they keep mine. Very professional. I recommend this dealership 100% and it even takes me over an hour to drive there. More
