Thankful they offer shuttle service. Had the rear brakes replaced. Original quote included rotors, but when they found the rotors could be resurfaced they did that instead. Just an oil change, they squeezed me in with no appointment. They did some good tests on the car. Everything was great except my battery is old and weak. Thanks for letting me know. Not sure if the $169 for a new battery is a good deal, is that labor as well and how long is the new Nissan battery under warranty? Gave mean estimate for some emissions co2 sensors I need to replace. Not sure about labor cost included or how much to replace all co2 sensors and parts warranty? They were really nice and friendly thought. They wanted to do some more diagnostics on my car but I was unsure if they were going to charge me to read the engine code? I missed a good coupon for the oil change by 1 day and was sad about that , would have saved $26 and change, they were really friendly. I’ll keep an eye out for service coupons from now on. Good coffee and WiFi. I forgot to get a new extra key and fob . Also need a new radio, CD player has eaten a cd and no longer works I’ll get an estimate next time. I love my 2002 pathfinder. Thanks guys. I’ll be back! Dealership definitely improving under new ownership!!!!! More

Service Dept and techs couldn’t decide why my leaf had a clicking noise. They said it was noise from the brakes, axles need lube and finally the transmission is bad (after only 30,500 miles) and needs repl clicking noise. Also, it appears that they mid diagnosed the problems until the car was finally out of warranty. Not the best record for continued confidence in the dealer’s ability or willingness to do what is right for its customers. More
