He takes the time to explain issues to you, the true costs and listens to your concerns. No pressure involved! He then keeps you advised of the progress on your car. Justin is a gem! He should be considered a valued employee by the folks at Bellingham Nissan! If he was given a promotion out of the service department, I would understand! I was also impressed by Nick! I was given an overcharge,and was entitled to a refund and Nick called to explain it thoroughly to me and made the refund over the phone. I especially appreciated the honesty! I purchased new tires in August and ran over a nail in October. The service department repaired the tire free of charge (and without an appointment.) Very happy with the service. October. Thankful they offer shuttle service. Had the rear brakes replaced. Original quote included rotors, but when they found the rotors could be resurfaced they did that instead.
