I had a great experience buy a used car from them. It turned out there was a mechanical issue and the dealership corrected the problem after some doing and gave me a loaner car during the process. I have had a lot of work done on my 24 year-old, but low milage NIssan Pathfinder beginning over this past Winter. The latest replacement/repair was to put in a new starter. Over time parts obviously wear out, but the overall vehicle is a tough mid-size SUV. Now that it has a new starter, I believe it will continue to run well. In the middle of all this was the replacement of a leaky power steering hose which had been on back-order from Nissan. I was able to wait, convniently at the Dealership in the Customer Lounge for this visit. More
