Crooks. Lied to me about my vehicles features to make the sale. Didn't know it was a lie until 3 years later, when I attempted to replace my EV battery and told this is not possible unless it's broken. Took vehicle back for service, including a recall last week. Technician drove my car into the garage and it spent a week at the body shop. Bad experience each time I decide to give them my trust. I just got another recall notice in the mail. Planning to travel to another county to a different dealership toavoid this place. More
The service was great- Ben was very helpful and considerate, but the prices for man hours were just insane. I was quoted $800 for a part and labor elsewhere and I ended up paying $1400 plus an addi considerate, but the prices for man hours were just insane.
