I brought in the car for rattling in the steering column. Asked them to confirm it wasn’t the u-bolt and steering column. They said it wasn’t. They repaired the tie rods and control arms. Had problems as soon as we got it back. Brough it in multiple times to have repairs checked. Ended up taking to another shop as the rattling in the steering had gotten progressively worse. The other shop confirmed the u-bolt and steering column needed repair. I essentially paid Nissan $1300 to fix something that wasn’t broken only to still need to fix the problem I brought it in for. Will never go back to Nissan. Will strongly recommend no one else I speak to either. Terrible repair, terrible response to their terrible repair. More
