My service provider was prompt and attentive. He thoroughly explained the process of getting my car serviced and answered all of my questions. He then went over the printed report concerning my car and provided me with a copy and gave me a coupon for a free car wash. My experience has been and is currently less than satisfactory. The problem has been misdiagnosed more times than should be allowable for an official Nissan dealership to still be able to call themse satisfactory. Jeffrey has done what appears to be as much as his scope of authority allows, however the integrity as well as the skill level of your mechanic/technicians has failed even the most standard of expectations. After having been talked into paying for multiple things other than a solution to the issue I am starting to consider that there is some level of foul play at work in order to milk the consumer for as much as they can without fixing the issue as this whole experience has left me feeling unsafe and full of doubt having been almost gas lighted into thinking that we are the problem at this point in what seems like a financially draining and equally frustrating never ending nightmare without resolve. I am very disappointed with the markups and unnecessary services and items recommended to me at this service center. I asked for a 100k mile tune up quote and it was estimated at $1,000 with items being in services and items recommended to me at this service center. I have regular upkeep of my vehicle and it’s clear that certain things like tire rotation, internal and external air filters and such have recently been replaced. I took my vehicle to another shop and they were more honest with what actually needed to be done. I don’t trust this service center and I am disappointed because I would prefer to service directly with Nissan. But due to the dishonesty I won’t be coming back. More
My car was due for tire rotation but the shop was having issues with the lift, so coincidentally my car didn’t need the tires to get rotated! I find that hard to believe.
