Got the 2 for. 1 oil change deal. Odometer Invoice was printed wrong had to go back to the counter to have it corrected. I bought my truck in 2005. The service dept back then was exceptional. They changed ownership and I stopped bringing my vehicle in because I was not satisifed with the service dept. Recently I decided to bring it in for a couple of issues I was having. First time I brought it in and took a drive with the mechanic, who was very nice. However, the diagnosis of my vehicle kind of surprised me and cost $1700.00. I drove it home, but I could tell the reasons I brought it in were not fixed. I drove it two weeks to make sure before bringing it back. The same mechanic drove it with me again, and heard one of the issues right away. I left it with the shop and they said they fixed the problem. However, the reasons I brought it in twice are still persistent. Thus, I am not so much disappointed with the customer service as the overall results of bringing my vehicle back to the dealership. More
Multipoint took almost 2 hours to complete. Tech missed multiple major repairs in that extensive time. I brought the car back for that and it kept dying while driving. The dealership did not care and when I said I didn’t feel safe driving my own car they threaten to call the cops and report the loaner car stolen. They also broke my glove box and now will not help repair what they broke. More
