5.5 hours was certainly too long to wait for servicing my truck. 2015 F350 PSD in service dept for no a/c, traction control light & back up camera. A/c repair covered by dealer warranty with truck purchase. I’m a retired USN aircraft mech, & understand intermittent control light & back up camera. A/c repair covered by dealer warranty with truck purchase. I’m a retired USN aircraft mech, & understand intermittent gripes can be problematic if the gripe is not present during diagnostic test. Such was the situation for the intermittent gripes. However, a/c repairs were thoroughly rectified, additionally, I requested the interior to be detailed - which is not a normal service request. I’m very pleased with the service rep communications and detailing results. Would not hesitate to use their services. More
Horrible Service Department I’m guessing the people that had such fantastic things to say about this location did not have to deal with the service department. I have never seen such a cluster in a service department. No customer service what so ever! We (my husband and I) called and left 6 yes 6 unanswered voicemails regarding our appointment then when I was in there I had to deal with Heather who totally lacks people skills and is unable to multitask answer the phone or anything that has to do with her job description she had to leave me standing 3 times to go ask easy questions I had and rude isn’t a big enough word. We told service upon arrival of having a recall and another issue fixed we also need oil changed and we were providing the oil and filter when it came time to pay she tried telling me we never told them we had a filter how she would know that is beyond me as she wasn’t the one I did tell and argued with me for a good 3 min that I didn’t notify them of our own filter when I most certainly did then she tried telling me I order a part 4 months ago that I never ordered and wanted me to pay for it I’m not even from Bellingham and was only here for work I had never been in there or called to make a order she couldn’t provide me with a phone number I would have used or anything and said it was placed under my name which isn’t even my last name that she had written down so there’s that for you. I finally figured it was a ploy to get me to buy the part they used to fix my tire when it was a warranty claim *side note I did not pay for it. Julian the general mgr finally came out to settle things for me bc it was such a mess and apologized and told me that they had just bought this dealership a week ago and had the lowest rating in the state but that he was changing that. My advice would be to replace Heather with a friendly smiling face that can perform the job at hand and not need to be walked thru it step by step it’s my money and time and I don’t like to waist either of them. It’s impossible to reach them by phone I even had them paged with no answer the day of my appointment yet you walk in there and there’s 3 people sitting by the phones. I had excellent service from parts and the shuttle driver but the service department ruined it all the way around for me there. More

$90 Oil Change Let's just say, if you're a woman be very careful when thinking of taking your vehicle to Diehl Ford Service Dept. I made an appointment for Dec. 12, Let's just say, if you're a woman be very careful when thinking of taking your vehicle to Diehl Ford Service Dept. I made an appointment for Dec. 12, 2014 for a $28 (plus tax) oil change and ended up having to pay close to $90! They decided to take it for a test drive and to put it on the machine all because I asked them to "Peek at the Plugs" while changing my oil. No one asked my permission to do this extra work. I'm guessing they want to get their figures up for year end. Would they have charged me $90 for a $30 Oil Change if I were a man? Who knows.......just women beware! More
Mike Diehl was so helpful. I had shipped my truck out to Washington and unfortunately the trucking company messed up my trucks windows pretty bad.
