My disappointment with the service relates to the lack of communication by the service writer Steve, not the technician(s) who did the actual work on my vehicle. Also displeased with the number of days (10 communication by the service writer Steve, not the technician(s) who did the actual work on my vehicle. Also displeased with the number of days (10) it took to get my car back, and the numerous excuses why it was taking so long. This car is my only transportation. (I was not offered a loaner car until day #8.) I brought my car in for service the day after I had a car wash. My car obviously spent most of the time outdoors, because when I picked it up, it was covered with dust, handprints and sticky residue from being under trees.
