No one answers the telephone in Service. It took 5 hours for someone to listen to my message and return my call. There is no coordination of work and appears to be complete confusion. I even received two m for someone to listen to my message and return my call. There is no coordination of work and appears to be complete confusion. I even received two messages at the same time upon returning home. One message expressed regret that I missed my appointment and the other message thanked me for using Bellingham Ford. I also overheard the cashier telling someone that they don’t answer the phone because then they get too involved to get their work done. SOME SERVICE!! More

It is different going back to a dealership that has taken over from the previous ownership that was a family business that for so many years. However, many of the old guard and familiar faces are still over from the previous ownership that was a family business that for so many years. However, many of the old guard and familiar faces are still there. That is a good sign! It says a lot about the new owners in a good way. I was very pleased to have met Charlie at the service desk. Very personable and pleasant and easy to talk to. Carlos who works in the shop was also great! Mark, who I have known for years was a delight to see. Even paying my bill was a good fun experience. ( I missed the Licorice sticks)😄. The company still has that warmth of a family feel. Sincere, honest, good advice and non pushy factors all matter to me. I will continue to seek Bellingham Ford Lincoln and their quality, professional service. 10 out of 10 👍👍👍👍 More

If you like being invisible and ignored the service department is for you. No one at service desk when wife arrived to get oil change.
