I need to thank Forgetmenot907 for reaching out to me so we could talk about what happened during her service visit. After getting the details from her, I first had to apologize again for the mistakes made while she was here. We are refunding here the $40.00 that I feel she deserves and I personally guaranteed that here next visit will be significantly better, as we are rebuilding our Service operation as we speak, or it is on us... I waited 2 hours for an oil change, but they did seem to squeeze me in so that was appreciated. Washed about half the truck and vacuumed even less. Not impressed. More
