Terrible service. Poor communication from staff both over phone and in person. I called repeatedly for over a month to schedule an appointment for recall notice. Took my truck in for 100k mile maintenance, was quoted one price on the phone, and showed up to a bill $600 higher when I arrived (a day after they said service would be done). The manager was sympathetic and gave me a slight discount. Two days later from getting my truck back it would start losing charge overnight and would need to be jumped. They billed me to look at it again, said they found an the issue and charged me to fix it. Once again the bill ways higher than the quote when I showed up to pay. Service manager again lowered the cost, but they still did not fix the issue as my truck still has a drain on the battery. I feel they should have inspected the car for free if a new problem arose directly after getting serviced, and it's frustrating that they didn't fix the issue they charged me for. More

I brought my car in for a recall issue and when I was called and told that the issue wasn't recall related, was NOT told that there would be a charge for the diagnosis.
