My last couple of visits here have resulted in damage to my vehicle. The last time, they did fix the body damage. There was a burn mark in the carpet that I'm pretty sure wasn't there but I never pointed it my vehicle. The last time, they did fix the body damage. This time, it's scratches on my steering wheel that I am fairly confident weren't there before, which I can't even imagine how they did it. It's an old truck. I didn't call to complain, because there's nothing that can be done to fix it outside of sending the steering wheel for new leather, not a cheap endeavor. I think the staff there are overworked, possibly underpaid. They always look overwhelmed. I have to drive in person most of the time to get any info. The repair staff aren't being careful with customer vehicles. Might be time for me to look for another shop. It's hard to recommend them outside of having a few guys that know the older trucks in the shop, but if their staff damage it each time, what's the point. More

I brought my 2023 Bronco in for a warranty issue. I was there for an 8am appt but my rig didn't get taken back until I believe it was 8:40. Not sure why it was later then my appt? I felt like the followup with the service writer after the visit was lacking. He didn't tell me anything about how the issue was fixed or not fixed. Instead, I get an invoice from the accounting dept. Shouldn't the service writer have gone over the work/repairs done with me? I went back to his desk and asked about the work done. I feel like he didn't have time for me and maybe had other customers he needed to speak to? I found while still in the parking there was still an issue so went back in. I ended up talking to the tech that worked on my vehicle, Sara. She was AWESOME. She didn't talk down to me, explained in layman terms the issue and fixed it right there. She's very knowledge and definitely an asset to your service team. I told her how much I appreciated her attitude and skills. I will request her for all future work. More

I brought my car in for a loose brush guard. 1 week later When I was getting an estimate on brakes from another shop, only five of the eight screws had been put into the brush guard to hold it i 1 week later When I was getting an estimate on brakes from another shop, only five of the eight screws had been put into the brush guard to hold it in place. Ford said I needed rear brakes. Two other shops I got estimates from that looked at the car said both front and rear were bad. Call the ford because I couldn't remember what their rear brake quote was. Trevor wasn't in some young girl said she would look it up and get back to me. Never called me back. I was also quoted nearby $250 to fix a small metal piece on my door handle. When I brought it in, it was still in place, but one end of it was broke off the car. When I picked it up, they had managed to break both ends off. So it was no longer in place. I was not told they had finished breaking it completely. Using the Ford part number on the back of the metal piece, I replaced the part myself for less than $15 on Amazon. More
