Their service department is the worst experience I have ever had. If you think you can call the service department and expect to talk to someone you will be extremely disappointed. Leaving repeated messages and calling upwards to 10 times a day you may or may not get a response within a few days. My first experience with them was a simple morning appointment with the expectation of receiving the truck back that day. After getting late into the day and no response from Bellingham Ford I called and called and called and called to find no one works here or no one cares enough to pick up the phone. The next day after calling and calling to find the status of my vehicle I still cannot reach anyone. Finally in the afternoon of the second day I finally get a call to let me know I can pick up my vehicle. Fast forward a week my vehicle is still having mechanical issues that Bellingham Ford could not diagnose. I go though the same process of calling multiple times across multiple days to reach someone to get an appointment to bring my vehicle back in for them to diagnose my vehicle issues. I bring my truck in a second time, but this time I agree to leave it with them to further diagnose over multiple days. Five business days have gone by and I haven’t heard anything yet. Today (day five) I start the calling repeatedly and leaving messages again to find no one works here or cares to respond to a customer. By 5pm someone calls me back to say they don’t know what to do about my truck and that I can take it home. I work and have a family and cannot make it to the dealership before 5:30pm, Bellingham Ford agrees to leave my truck out front with the keys stored in agreed location. I load up my whole family for the 4th time now to pick up my broken vehicle. I get to Bellingham Ford to find my truck is not up front but in the back lot with no keys in sight. I now find myself taking my young family back home again without our vehicle to start the process of trying to contact the dealership again. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over but expecting a different result. I will find myself starting this endless cycle of trying to contact some one at Bellingham Ford again in the morning. Learn from my experience and never do business with this company. More
The service was terrible I went in for an oil change and the lady told me to come back in a hour which I came back about hour and ten minutes later and she needed to finish my paperwork and hand it to the c the lady told me to come back in a hour which I came back about hour and ten minutes later and she needed to finish my paperwork and hand it to the cashier. She told me the cashier would call me up 30 minutes later I walk up to the cashier tell her my name she says their are who people in from of me. No one was in front of me just me and another person who she told was after me. I waited so long that another gentleman helped me check out. More
