I purchased a used vehicle from Rich Hartman's Bellingham Ford Lincoln in September 2021. I also purchased a service agrement with stipulations for specific future service commitments. I was excited to see a coupon mailed to me for "The Works: Synthetic Blend Oil Change and More" for $69.95 with an attached coupon for $10 off. I checked my vehicle in on 1/31/22 @ 9am. I am retired and on a fixed budget and was anticipating getting out of there in under $75. I indicated I was "waiting" in the customer waiting area. I was surprised to see my eventual bill for $225.85. Although the special states it includes up to 6 quarts of oil, I was double charged for 7 quarts of oil, (invoice number FOCS388189) although I was told the maximum capacity of my vehcile is 4.9 gallons of oil. The 7 quarts totaled $154.70 ( $22.10 per quart). I spoke with Sabrina Garza and she understood my concern. Although my invoice states that "Customer hereby acknoweldges receiving original estimate of $260 (+ tax) which did NOT occur at all. I am well aware that I need to follow the commitments of the service agreement, but am really disapointed by the overcharge(s), and hope that I can be reimbursed. Jose Loya More
Honestly, in past I would have definitely recommended but last visits have me rethinking this. This trip.. forgot I needed to be picked up when car was ready.. so at 605pm...told no one available to pick me up until morning. In morning no pick up at set time, so called them...they will send someone immediately. Then car paperwork and keys were lost... luckily the wonderful woman who picked me up really put energy into looking for them. So unimpressed! Know it has changed hands so hopefully will get better soon. More

Over priced oil change. They don't enforce masks even for employees. Report said oil leak, with no explanation. Oil leak where? How bad? Will I make it home? Never again I’ll come here for service. Then they came back and said they can’t find the issue do you want us to continue after two hours. This dealership is a rip off. More

My truck was at this location for 3 months and I ended up having to source the parts and install them myself. After everything I was charged over $1000 for ‘labor’ spent diagnosing the issue even though the having to source the parts and install them myself. Very poor organization, management and ethic. Will never recommend or work with them again. More
Sometimes in the service industry things just can go sideways and that is what happened here. When the service manager, David Carrera, became aware of the situation he called me directly and did not jus sideways and that is what happened here. When the service manager, David Carrera, became aware of the situation he called me directly and did not just work it out but actually came to pick up my vehicle from the house and delivered it when they work was done. His professionalism and friendliness as well as top-notch services more than made up for the initial lack of communication and delays in the work order. I would love to give them a five star but I will look forward to doing so with my vehicle's next service needs. Also, I shout out to Michelle in sales for also assisting me in the coordination and solutions with this specific matter. She is a jewel! More
