Service took 1:45 minutes. I was told 60 to 90 minutes max. No updates from service rep till I asked. If you are backed up tell me two hours so I can plan. I was told 60 to 90 minutes max. No updates from service rep till I asked. If you are backed up tell me two hours so I can plan. More

Friendly, helpful staff. They knew the repair process and potential challenges. I was pleased with them keeping me informed during the multi-day repair process. The vehicle's alignment was made worse than before being "serviced." Before "serving" travel was straight, but the wheel was slightly off center. And now, it actually drives toward the ditch on it's own "serviced." Before "serving" travel was straight, but the wheel was slightly off center. And now, it actually drives toward the ditch on it's own and centering the wheel has the the car veering into the oncoming lane. I would have been better off doing nothing. More

this is by far the worst customer service I have ever had. service date was scheduled several months prior to avoid this very situation. Gave ample time for Ford to have all service parts ordered and r had. service date was scheduled several months prior to avoid this very situation. Gave ample time for Ford to have all service parts ordered and ready for the 75 thousand mile service completed plus a new Key ordered and a new Serpentine belt ready to be installed . At time of initial day and time was set up so that since is my only transportation I would have to wait until the service was completed that day. On that date of service Ford offered me a courteous service ride home. It was not until 5:00, after I called Ford that I found out they had not started this service very late in the day and the service was not completed and they did not have all the parts. I was very upset with there lack of professionalism and lack of service. It was not until the next morning I had to make the calls to Ford dealership to tell I needed my truck because I had numerous Medical appointments on this service date,. Long story made short is that finally sent out the courteous service van to get a ride back to Bellingham so that I could pick up my truck in Bellingham, After I made all the calls the next day. Very, very poor service. I really do not think the service desks and the parts people communicate much and neither of the service desks communicate back and forth! As for the people I worked with and to rate them, I talked with so many of them, I do not remember who I talked to. More
I was advised that they were short of mechanics and that they would fit me in as soon as possible. I got a call later in that same day saying that my vehicle was ready to go.
