After oil change and “The Works” had oil leaking out of my car, a lot. Took it back in and they were very kind and took care of it immediately (plug was not screwed back on properly) but if for some reason my car, a lot. Although they were unable to duplicate the problem, it wasn't for want of trying. They kept the car several weeks trying to get the coolant light to go back on. Although I had never been a customer before, when the coolant light came on and I was an hour from home, they offered to come pick me and my dog up if the tow truck driver refused to take my dog. They could not have been more accommodating. More

Very nice personnel, could have been a bit more welcoming, I had to disembark and accost the service writer who was a bit aloof.she should have come out to me, I thought…. In the waiting room an employee asked if I had all I might need which was pleasant. It was an easy wait but second time no one informed me the car was ready. I had to poke about and ask.. rather odd. However, the Bellingham dealer was far more rude and tried to sell me things I knew I did not need. More
This is the 3rd time the vehicle has been in for the same issue and it has yet to be addressed. The service manager made this appointment with us and was supposed to personally make sure the issue with our t issue and it has yet to be addressed. The service manager made this appointment with us and was supposed to personally make sure the issue with our tv was addressed and she was off when my wife brought the car in for the appointment. We now have to bring the vehicle back in for the 4th time to fix the same issue. This is frankly ridiculous and inexcusable at this point. This is the worst dealership experience we have ever had anywhere with any manufacturer. More
I made an appointment to get my truck fixed. Called the parts department to make sure they would have what they needed to fix it… parts said they would have the parts ready. Showed up for the appointment they had my truck most of the day and they didn’t have the parts to fix it. Had to reschedule the appointment. Brought my truck back to have them do the work when the parts came in. $35 gasket for the valve cover and cheaper gasket for the vacuum pump. They charged me $1000 to do the work. When I complained and asked to see the parts they replaced I got the run around . Was told the person that did the diagnostic work wasn’t there and the mechanic that did the work wouldn’t be able to give me an answer as to why they replaced the vacuum pump $250 vs replacing the cheap leaking gasket. I didn’t receive a phone call to explain why they needed to replace the pump vs the gasket. The 2 gaskets that needed to be replaced are a very common issue with the 3.5 eco boost. Very unprofessional and shady! Needless to say I will not be doing business with them again. More
