They had my truck all day for a check engine light and an oil change, but when I was dropped off at the scheduled pick up time, they had barely started the oil change. I was also told that a corrosion issue oil change, but when I was dropped off at the scheduled pick up time, they had barely started the oil change. I was also told that a corrosion issue would be covered under warranty and they would order the parts. After the parts were delivered several weeks later someone changed their mind and decided it wasn’t covered under warranty. When the parts came in they expected me to pay out of pocket for the parts, when I declined, they then expected me to pay the restocking fee. Why would I pay anything if the service writer told me it was covered under warranty. Never going back! More
Even though we purchased our 2020 Lincoln Nautilus from them, this was the first time we have used them for service. Getting a service appointment required a significant wait as they were booked far in ad them, this was the first time we have used them for service. Arriving at the dealership for our appointment, we found the service office entrance poorly marked but found our way in. The service advisor was great and the service work was performed well, and quickly. Overall, we were very satisfied with this dealer and will likely use them again for service. More
I don't have a lot of option where I live for dealership level service. If I did, I would go somewhere else. I've use this dealership twice and both times something was either not done that should have been level service. If I did, I would go somewhere else. I had an awful experience and would never take my car back for any repairs or service. First we made the appointment a month in advance and were told to drop the car off at 8am. When I went to drop my ca back for any repairs or service. First we made the appointment a month in advance and were told to drop the car off at 8am. When I went to drop my car off they said they had no record of our appointment! However the guy at the front desk did say he would try to work us in and took my keys and a short description of the issue, which was that the latch in my passenger side door was broken and it always said door ajar. This was Monday when I dropped it off. Nobody ever called us to explain the problem or to let us know when to pick up the car my husband had to cal several time before actually talking to someone. He spoke with Charlie that afternoon who informed him that the door latch would be about $400 with part and labor and that the car also needed a computer update for an additional $300. Charlie also suggested a 120k service for $2,000. We decided on the door latch and the computer update for a total of $700 my husband verified the cost several times. Charlie said my car wouldn’t be ready that day and the door was taken apart but it would be ready the following day so Tuesday. On Tuesday we tried calling several times with no answer or return call. So at 4:30 I left work early to pick up my car since you close at 5. When I got there they said it wasn’t ready and the part didn’t come in yet and he was just about to call me back. Don’t you think I should have gotten a call sooner than right before you close to tell me my car wasn’t ready?!? So Wednesday again we wait all day for a call and about 4pm my husband finally get through after call a bunch of times and again the car is not done! Thursday after I call several time they let me know my car is done. I go to pick up my car and when I get to the cashier she is looking over my bill and seems confused about it so she goes and gets another gal to come look at it. She still seems confused but brings me my bill and explains that the internet is down so they were unable to do the computer update. So she took that off, but my bill is still $700 for just the door. I questioned her and said the quote for the door was $400 so she goes back and talks to the other gal who then makes a phone call. Both ladies bring my bill back and say that this is how much it is with the part and labor and diagnostic which wasn’t given in the original quote., but said she would take $100 off. I was very frustrated that I was going to pay even the $600 for a job that was supposed to be $400 but at that point I just want to get my car and leave. Them when I handed over my debit card the cashier said our internet is still down so I can’t run your card. Luckily I did have the cash but normally would never carry that much cash! I left with my car and the door was fixed which I appreciate, but the rest of the experience was very overwhelming. I took my car to the dealership because the door has been an issue for awhile and I wanted it fixed right and with the right Ford part, but after this I will never take my car back here. I left crying because I was so frustrated with the whole experience. As a woman I often feel take advantage of when dealing with car issues and this was just another one of those experiences!! More
