Horrible experience. Poor communication from the dealer and service department. I had an issue with a door, which was a recall issue. Received no documentation. The dealer then smashed my truck with a plow while it was there and while they did “fix” it, again I received no documentation about the work the did. Not even a month later the front wheel on the side they hit went out and now the truck is back in (another) service shop. I would do anything to a wood ever going here again. More

We were never informed about any progress, our vehicle was there for two months ans we are still having problems with it. I have called the service department and had to leave a message. We've had our vehicle in here multiple times and going on the fourth transmission with right around 83k miles on the truck. We have a 2016 F450 that is not driven much and definitely not over-worked. The problem comes in that I made an appt and dropped off the vehicle. Since then, nothing has been done to it. I emailed all of our extended warranty info a month ago and yet again just yesterday you're asking if we have one and what is the information. I also gave this information over the phone to you over two weeks ago and yet you've never called to let them know that the vehicle is in your shop. Besides being a major disappointment to work with you, it is also costing us money due to this being a vehicle we use in our business. Can someone please get the ball rolling so we can get this truck back? We've only gotten information when we've initiated the contact. This is unacceptable. More
Bellingham Ford service center did not fix the issue we were having with our tires that they installed. They treated us like we were stupid. They had our vehicle 3 days and told us the tires were “road rea were having with our tires that they installed. They treated us like we were stupid. We will be doing our service work somewhere else. More
