Very unhappy with the service here, my car was diagnosed with needing a new parking aid sensor. When I was given the quote I was only told the price of the part ($91) , so I decided to have the new sensor with needing a new parking aid sensor. When I was given the quote I was only told the price of the part ($91) , so I decided to have the new sensor installed.( I was also getting a new key and programming of which I was informed of the total cost ahead of time) when I was called that my car was ready I was told the labor was an extra $550 for the sensor alone. This doubled the cost I was quoted before opting to have the service done. When I mentioned that I was not expecting that and I was not warned of the extremely high labor cost Charlie apologized and called me back, he knocked off $200 off the service fee. That was better than nothing, but had I been given the total quote in the first place I would not have had this service done. I feel like this is a major oversite and hardship for me as I was not expecting such a high bill at the end. I will not getting my car serviced here again More
