I am pleased they accomplished the desired work in the hour they had before their lunch break... I would hesitate to make an 11am appointment again though after they said they would do what they could to hour they had before their lunch break... I would hesitate to make an 11am appointment again though after they said they would do what they could to be done by noon, but if it wasn't done, the workers would quit at noon and resume at 1pm while I sat in the waiting room. When the work was completed I was asked if I wanted the car washed.... I've never been asked before, they just always did it. It is a service I've come to expect when I have the car serviced. You ask if it was sanitized...who knows? I am hopeful they did what was stated on the bill. I don't have any way of knowing if the quality of the work was good, but I hope it was! I have been coming here since I purchased the car in 2011....and it's still running like a charm. Love my Ford, but I miss the Diehl (former owners) approach to customer service. More
You can’t get a simple oil change online for six weeks out. Then you call and no one answers. Leave your number and no call back. They were great about getting my car in quickly and doing the necessary work, but the cashier is incredibly rude and unfriendly. I would hesitate to return because of her.
