Brought in a list of service items to be completed after rear bumper repair in their collision center. Service specialist, Sabrina, lost the printed service request. After discussion with the service manager the three service requests were put back into the que. After nearly two weeks-- including a long delay for parts -- received a note that the car was done. None of the three items were fixed. Sabrina was a real pain to deal with. She had no sense of urgency, did not call when parts came, and had an overall arrogant and condescending attitude. We will never use Bellingham Ford service again! More
Recently had 2 visits. Oil change and return visit soon after. While on freeway after leaving dealership, the metal covering under engine, fell down. Good customer service. Don't like paying just about $32.00 for EIGHT SCREWS!!!!!! More
I had to leave my '90 F 150 with tools in the back for 2 1/2 weeks after a breakdown. Not only did they fix the problem, but nothing was missing when I picked it up. I won't take my car back to Bellingham Ford as this is what happened to me: I now hope the smell from my A/C returns to normal. It's as if someone poured armour-all down one of the dash vents making it impossible to stop the overwhelming odor from ruining every drive we take. On the prior repair a service tech stuck a greasy hand between a fold in the back seat adding a new squeeky chattering noise to our every drive I can't seem to stop.. I learned not to call the service department on a Saturday, There will be an agent but not your agent and he won't help at all, in fact the receptionist was quite delighted in telling me how much a waste of my time it would be to talk with him. My agent disappeared each week early Thursday and stayed away till Monday. To speak with anyone at the service center do not leave a voice message. I not once received a call back until days later when the agent needed something from me. Rather redialing until someone answers seems to work however slow and laborious. The car is operational but after a month I would have rather taken it anywhere else and will be sure to do so next time. More
