Wasted 3 days trying to get my truck fixed. Scheduled appointment first time and the check engine light wasn’t on so they said they couldn’t do anything. Came back when it was on and scheduled another appointment to have it fixed. They canceled cause couldn’t get the part. Rescheduled brought it in and it didn’t get done cause everyone was out sick, they said. So rescheduled brought it in and when I was about to give them the keys they said, “oh buy the way it could take 3 days. If the bolts breaks.” Wouldn’t you tell a customer that ahead of time. Complete incompetence. I don’t trust them at all. More

I am beyond frustrated with this dealerships service department. This department has a complete lack of communication with it's customers. I have taken my vehicle in several times to get a simple prob department. This department has a complete lack of communication with it's customers. I have taken my vehicle in several times to get a simple problem fixed and it still isn't fixed. The problem is they cannot seem to order the correct part multiple times. I have been trying to get this part fixed which is a passenger grab handle. It has almost been 1 year that I have been dealing with this issue. More
