My first experience, poor time management. Service guys timeline was way off. He was nice. Curious why first oil change was for 5k, next change for 3k? Do you know why? Absolutely the worst experience of owning a Ford car we can think of. First Austin based Ford dealer installed a non Ford motor mount, the whole car vibrated (2 months) Second dealer in Bellingham installe can think of. First Austin based Ford dealer installed a non Ford motor mount, the whole car vibrated (2 months) Second dealer in Bellingham installed the correct mount, took (4 months and lost the car). Basically couldn’t drive our car 1/2 year. Now the warranty on the TCM has expired, we are expected to pay for this ! ????? More

Your service area is very cramped and you need better parking. Was handled well by attendant. Worked was completed as requested and approved via phone. No one was available to explain the work that was done, had to request to speak to someone. After being directed to an attendant he explained the service form between phone calls. I would recommend having a knowledgeable attendant meet the customer, direct them to the cashier and explain work done and other services that should be…. With his full attention. Everyone was nice and knowledgeable, just needed to have a better plan or procedure. Also, my truck was not washed. They said the wash guy was out that day. Need a backup plan. Hard to give any points on customer service, work on the truck seems to have been completed efficiently. Bruce More
