There’s been a wiper recall on our truck for many, many months. My wife has been calling for a long time about when we could get it in. They finally told her they would get the parts but she could not get months. My wife has been calling for a long time about when we could get it in. They finally told her they would get the parts but she could not get an appointment for the work to be done for 6 weeks. So we patiently waited. My wife took the truck in and since they said it would only be a few hours, decided to wait. After waiting almost all day - drop off at 8 am finished at 1:30 pm, she was told they took the whole thing apart and then discovered, they did not in fact have the part required for the recall. So after waiting 6 weeks, and then waiting almost all day, no work to fix the recall was actually done. Now we’ll have to come back and start all over again. We were told the parts were available. Even if they didn’t have them, they had 6 weeks to get them in. OR, they could have told us not to come at all because they didn’t have the parts. Emailed the GM with my complaints. So far has not even bothered to respond. More

They didn’t finish the item I went in for and rescheduled for over a month later. Bought a brand new lincoln, it's been nothing but problems. Every few months something is wrong with it, i have had all the service done at my local dealership. Today i got 2 more notifications of pr problems. Every few months something is wrong with it, i have had all the service done at my local dealership. Today i got 2 more notifications of problems that need sercice and when i called to make an apt to have it looked at and my car broke down and stopped in the middle of a busy intersection. I was speaking to lori at that moment and she was incredibly rude to me. She treated me like I am an inconvenience to her and didnt care that my car was having problems again 1 mo after just being in their shop previously. The lincoln way, that was guaranteed when I bought this car brand new states that when the car neds repair that the dealership will come pick it up and provide a replacement car while it's being fixed. This dealership even mailed me a letter offering this service boasting ahout how amazing the program was, asking for me to come in for my 10k mile check up. When i left the house this morning the odeter was at excactly 10k. Lori was neither understanding nor helpful and had a rude attitude with me and told me it's pretty much not her problem. Not the kind of employee I would want to represent my company. For 86k you would think they would at least hire a professional with a shred of compassion and customer service skills. Electrical system, tire, and door preasure sensors, security system, alerts fornthe 4wd and drive train,byou name it. It's been a problem. $750 and waiting on a tow despite the promise that was made to me when I purchased the vehicle. My check cleared and I upheld all my parts of the contract we made. All I want is what I was promised with the purchase of my luxury vehicle. This location represents lincoln and is falling way short of their standards. They solicited this review with repeated texts asking for a review.... Edit. Got the car towed to the closest dealership who says the problem was because of human error don't by Bellingham licolc service center. They made a mistake that ruined the alternator and poss more. 2k just to have the fixed. So much for a brand new car. To be cont. More
