I have been using Bellingham (and the previous ownership) since 2011. My 1st Escape had a hit & run accident in 2011 and was brought here for repair. Wonderful Service. Got to know Service manager Ed Terr since 2011. My 1st Escape had a hit & run accident in 2011 and was brought here for repair. Wonderful Service. Got to know Service manager Ed Terrill and when he retired, his son Jason was there. Loved and trusted all. Bought 2017 Escape and hav e not been disappointed. I left the area for awhile. Just moved back. Had service done and found out Jason had returned. YEA! You are a great asset to us "Forever Ford Owners". Thank you. More

I finally have my car back after having it sit in your lot for almost five months waiting for a chip to replace the failed one controlling the transmission in my Fort Focus. During that time, Charlie James-Silva has been great to work with. My husband and I were Deihl Ford customers for years; however, when the dealership changed ownership a few years ago, we felt that the service department was unorganized and not coming through for us, so we switched our business to Dwane Lane Ford in Burlington. Working with Charlie has convinced us that it's time to bring our business back to Bellingham. Thanks, Charlie. More
