With that much notice all parts should have been on hand. 1.4 hrs worked on the car and 3 days wait time with no communication. I did decline an oil change and radiator flush. Maybe they were counting on that for some sort of revenue. I must tell it was all recall work to be done at no charge which they did do. Years ago good service would have at least been a free car wash. To much over head I guess.

I am very sorry to hear that your vehicle was in our shop for a prolonged period of time without sufficient communication. The decision not to wash vehicles was not based on overhead but rather environmental restrictions due to our proximity to Whatcom Creek. I completely understand about the creek being so close. If I could suggest that if your offering a text communication service that it be two way. I’m not sure if it is or not but very frustrating to not hear back from multiple. I hope your receiving this as just a critique.
