Absolutely the wors experience I've ever had with a dealership! I brought my 2019 Mustang GT in for an oil change and asked them to look into a few other issues as the car begins to age. After 3 days o dealership! I brought my 2019 Mustang GT in for an oil change and asked them to look into a few other issues as the car begins to age. After 3 days of holding the car, with minimal communication, they only addressed half of the things I requested them to take care of, even though they told me they took care of it. Obviously upset, I reached out to the service manager to voice my concerns. He then had me re-schedule the service and bring the car back in to have the issues taken care of. He asured me that he would personally oversee the service to ensure it was taken care of. Well, lo and behold, after over a week of them having it again, they again failed to get anything done. This dealership is an absolute waste of time and money, Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. More

Scheduling an appointment was super easy online I chose a 7:30 appointment- the building was closed when I arrived but shortly after there was an employee there (seemed like a manager). He checked me in and said that his guys don’t come in till 8 so I had to wait. Curious as to why 7:30 is even an option when the employees don’t arrive till 8? Rest of the appointment went great. I did get an email later that day saying that I had missed my appointment. Not sure how that happened More

Was ridiculed when I spoke to manager about how the setback light had been on for years and I had taken it in to Ford but was told it was not too be concerned about. Then took vehicle to another service vendor who told me it was the egr. When the manager heard this he be became upset that I would take it somewhere else. He actually told me it was important to his dealer shop to make profits and by taking my business elsewhere it would only hurt their business. xxx?
