Ordered FOB for my 2018 ford fusion and had it programmed. They parts dept. asked if I wanted a key cut. I said no I don’t need a key cut. I ask my sales person what the best price she could give me, she said the sticker price was it. I don't believe the vehicle had an inspection prior to the sale. The wiper blade on the back of the vehicle was broken and the wiper motor on the vehicle was constantly running. 2 days after the sale I thought it was a fuel pump and had to bring it for service. The service department gave the vehicle the correct diagnoses and unplugged the wiper motor. After leaving the service department the following day the check engine light came on. I took it to Napa and got a diagnosis of P0300. Multiple misfire. I will be taking my vehicle back in to see exactly what is causing the misfire on August 1st. More
Customer service is horrible. They treated us like we were stupid. It took 1 1/2 for a 10 minute job. He told us to be there at 8. We left at 9:45. I told them I was waiting and they didn’t inform me it was done.the lady at the checkout desk doesn’t look like she wants to be there. We get “what do you need” as a greeting. I wouldn’t use this Ford dealer if there was another one close. More
