I had a scheduled service appointment on 9/12/23 when I arrived for my appointment & checked in the lady at the desk said I am busy & you need to go to the next desk, she was not busy the only thing she wa arrived for my appointment & checked in the lady at the desk said I am busy & you need to go to the next desk, she was not busy the only thing she was busy doing was running her mouth. Then I employee can in & told me to move my car my car was parked in a service customer parking spot, the employees are rude. I ended up speaking to the general manager Julian he was a passive aggressive jerk who kept talking over me & wouldn't let me get a word in because he knew everything I was telling him was correct I see now why the dealership is a xxxx show because the GM is jerk and he's rude as xxxx you cannot have a conversation with him he just speaks over you & doesn't listen to anything you have to say this is my second horrible experience at this dealership avoid this place at all costs & defiantly don't buy a vehicle from this place you will regret it Julian you need to be fired your are unprofessional, & rude I also filed a complaint with Fords corporate office , & with Fords service executive team which lowers your service rating & effects your bonuses Ford Bellingham sucks More
WE HAVE A 2020 TRANSIT VAN THAT HAS BEEN WAITING FOR A TRANSMISSION PART FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS. THE COMMUNICATION FROM THE SERVICE DEPT HAS BEEN NON EXISTENT. I HAVE TO PHYSICALLY VISIT BECAUSE WHEN I LEAVE TRANSMISSION PART FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS. THE COMMUNICATION FROM THE SERVICE DEPT HAS BEEN NON EXISTENT. WHEN I SHOW UP IN PERSON I AM TOLD THAT THERE IS A PART STILL ON ORDER AND GIVEN A DATE IN THE FUTURE WHEN IT WILL READY. WHEN THE DATE PROMISED COMES & GOES NO CALL OR UPDATE. More

Had a tranny safety recall on my truck, they were able to pull it up fast and let me know what needed to be done without me having to think too much. Placed it on a the schedule, and the repairs went smoothl pull it up fast and let me know what needed to be done without me having to think too much. The Service department lied to me for 5 weeks. When I got tired of being patient and lied to I escalated up the ladder to upper management, again, AFTER 5 WEEKS on being patient. When I did I was further lied to until finally I had enough dishonesty. I sat down with the Service manager and he made more promises he didn’t keep. He knew I was going on vacation and needed a vehicle so he said he’d get me into one but he didn’t. Then, when I posted on my Facebook page about my experience he refused to work on my vehicle and now, while I’m on vacation, he’s parking my truck at my home and leaving the keys in it. Ford Motor Company says, “they’re independent dealers and basically can do whatever they want. No more Fords for me. No wonder they’re a declining market. More
