Service work on my Ford F-150 seems excellent, however the check in process was chaotic. When I checked in, I signed a cost estimate of $800 plus tax but when I picked up my vehicle, my bill was $1000 pl the check in process was chaotic. When I checked in, I signed a cost estimate of $800 plus tax but when I picked up my vehicle, my bill was $1000 plus and the bill stated that I had agreed to an estimate of $1100 plus tax. This discrepancy was not brought to my attention at the dealership or explained. I will be more attentive to the billing details at my next service. More
The service took a little more than twice as long as estimated, but that didn’t bother me as much as coming out to find what appeared to be a smoothie somebody had spilled on my window - definitely not estimated, but that didn’t bother me as much as coming out to find what appeared to be a smoothie somebody had spilled on my window - definitely not there when I dropped it off. Additionally, while waiting, I couldn’t help but hear a confrontational conversation between a man I assumed was the garage manager (or something) and the woman behind the cashiers desk. I couldn’t hear her super well, but he came off to me as a total condescending xxxxxxx. Not a good experience - likely won’t be back. More

I wasn't to happy because they didn't wipe off the old oil from the drain spout and oil went all over the side of my truck. When I used to get my oil changed there they used to wash the truck which was r oil from the drain spout and oil went all over the side of my truck. I tried to make appointment for approximately 3 weeks, phone goes to message saying leave a message and we will call you. Several messages were left and I never got a callback. I had to go there to make an appointment because of them not returning calls. I made the appointment, took my truck in at the scheduled time 1:00pm, they said I can pick truck up at 3:00pm. Went there at 3 the truck was sitting in same spot where I parked it, went in to see if truck was ready, truck was forgot about, I had to leave and came back 1/2 hour later, they said truck was ready. I ordered the works for my diesel f250. All fluids were not topped off the DEF and the wiper washing fluids were not tended to. Again I called and got the same we are busy leave a message. I did not leave message because they probably would not call back, as before. I just had my truck totally detailed inside and out before my appointment to get servicen I spent $500 for detail. I told service manager to have mechanics use mechanic covers because I don't want any scratches, he said ok. When I picked up the truck I walked around it to check for any damages. I did not find scratches or dents, but greasy fingerprints were on the front hood of the truck. I have taken my truck to this dealership since new in 2017 and I still only have 14,000 miles on it. Usually when I would pick up my truck it was always freshly washed, the fingerprints would have not been on my freshly detailed truck. More
