The staff and technicians are, friendly, informative and very good at their jobs. The shuttle service makes it a lot easier to have your car serviced, but if you choose to wait, there is coffee and tea! very good at their jobs. I had my Ford F250 towed to Bellingham Ford on the 23rd of May for an appointment on the 24th at 10 AM. On 7-2-2024 and I paid my bill $545 and will have it towed back to my home next Monday as It couldn't of May for an appointment on the 24th at 10 AM. On 7-2-2024 and I paid my bill $545 and will have it towed back to my home next Monday as It couldn't be repaired by the mechanics. I called more than several times over the Six weeks but only had my calls returned about half of the time as I wanted to be kept abreast about the status of my truck. When I did get feed back from your staff I was told there were several fellows that had worded on my truck to no avail. I had minor work done on my 2009 Shelby Mustang a couple of years ago and that took three months to get done but that was during Covid. Does your organization always take so long to repair a vehicle? Or did you think if it took too long I'd give up and buy a different truck? In closing I'd like to say that I'm not giving up on Fords but I am giving up on having anything to do with your dealership any more. I also believe in the three and eleven rule, If I've had a good interaction, I'd end up telling three people about it but if it wasn't so good (as this interaction shows me) I'll tell eleven people about it. More
