This was accomplished by the Service Department in an exemplary performance by the technician Cole assigned to this serious diesel problem in concert with David Carrera the Service Coordinator. This on going problem had been assigned a increased case# problem level by the Ford Problem Center (M Krupa) due to the impact on the operation of my F350 which facilitated the use of consultation with other Ford Technicians. The result was a successfully completed repair to a complex problem. More
