Brought my vehicle for a recall for a seatbelt. Supposed to take an hour, then was told I needed a 6 hour software update. Had to get a ride so I wouldn’t have to wait. After 4 hours I was informed Supposed to take an hour, then was told I needed a 6 hour software update. Had to get a ride so I wouldn’t have to wait. After 4 hours I was informed the update had failed and they didn’t have the update in their files. Haven’t yet received the call I was promised to bring the vehicle back in to complete the update.
