I scheduled service for my Ford F-450 pickup at a day and time convenient for me. The service team completed the work promptly. The waiting area is comfortable. Two things I want changed could not be done. These are, apparently, engineering and/or software issues with Ford proper and not the responsibility of the local dealership. Four stars is a high and well-deserved rating. I reserve five stars for those rare occasions when somebody extends themselves well beyond expectation to help me do something. My 2013 fiesta could have been part of the lawsuit and they took over 4 1/2 months to diagnose, they didn't offer a loner I was forced to buy what was available to me. And then after spending over 4400.00 they took over 4 1/2 months to diagnose, they didn't offer a loner I was forced to buy what was available to me. And then after spending over 4400.00 my car was returned to me with mold and more dirt than I left it with. I kept calling and no one would call me back. I had to threaten calling the cops to report it stollen to get a call back. And after they cleaned the car of the mold I was told that a part, was part of the recall and I have no Documation for what they did. I have been trapped. I'm sick to death how men treat woman with cars. More

I stopped in to see if they could squeeze me in for an oil change and was super happy, they got me and changed the oil and rotated the tires in very quick time. Much better than taking our vehicle to one oil change and was super happy, they got me and changed the oil and rotated the tires in very quick time. All the people I dealt with at the place where very nice and will Definity be taking our vehicle there from now on for any service it might need. More
Absolutely awful. My Ford Escape was overheating and excessive white smoke was coming out of the exhaust. I took it in to Bellingham Ford Lincoln for inspection. They told me I needed a new motor, and they recommended I leave it with them for an engine replacement due to risk of fire or catastrophic engine failure which could result in a possible accident, and they quoted me $7,500 for the motor and the labor. This frightened me, so I agreed to leave it with them to do the work. It took over three months until I received a call from Bellingham Ford Lincoln that my car was ready for pick-up, and when I went to pick it up, the battery was dead and I had to jump start it myself, and when I drove the car home I began noticing a moldy smell. When I arrived home, I inspected it and found mold growing inside the car, on the seatbelts, seats, on the carpets, and in the driver door speaker. This place is the worst. I trusted them to repair and safeguard my vehicle, and I paid over $8,000 to replace a motor that should be under recall from Ford Motor Co, and I got back a vehicle with a dead battery and mold growing inside. There is so much mold on the passenger seatbelt that it doesn't retract. I did not have any mold issues before or any issue with moisture. I also asked the service representative for documentation on the rebuilt motor that I paid over $8k to have installed, and they could not, or were not willing to, provide me with manufacture date or any information about it. I simply wanted reassurance that I was not getting the same defective motor and would have this same issue 70,000 miles from now. This is the first Ford I have ever owned, and I have nothing good to say about this car or this dealership. If I could remove the 1 star that I was obligated to click in this review I would. The only reason I will ever go back to this place is to try to get them to make this right and replace the carpets and seatbelts. More

Buyer beware! ! They sold me a piece of junk $40k 2021 F150 with tons of electrical issues. They also sent the truck to the wrong state and I received the truck 3 w ! They sold me a piece of junk $40k 2021 F150 with tons of electrical issues. They also sent the truck to the wrong state and I received the truck 3 weeks later instead of 1 week as I anticipated. Hundreds of $$ spent on rentals because of that screw up.. I had to replace the rear brakes as soon as I received it from shipping as they were warped and caused vibration to the rear end , another $700 at my local dealer. The ABS , traction control, and collision avoidance systems lights come on every time it rains making this unsafe to take my child in. The tailgate opens up randomly and parking brakes (not auto hold) will turn on randomly at a stop potentially causing an accident. The stereo system makes a nasty static sounds when you put it in reverse or turn the steering wheel. The truck sat at a my local Ford dealer for almost 2 weeks for repair and the issues still come back. In addition, Bellingham Ford still has not sent the correct paperwork to the DMV. I’ve been pulled over by authorities and have not been able to use necessary toll roads because of their negligence. This vehicle should have been sold in a tiny corner salvage lot , not a real Ford dealer. It has tons of paintwork, overspray , and bondo repairs. If it was my dealer I would have sent this truck to auction instead of passing issues down to my customers.. More
