We were driving the speedlimit(50). The object was unavoidable( the object or the ditch.) I explained the event to Josh-twice. Josh spoke to me on my cellphone and said that him and the mechanic could not locate the problem-a noise coming from the drivers side front tire and wheel assembly. In addition to the car pulling to the side slightly, and slight vibration above 50 miles an hour, in addition to coolant leaking. My wife and I explained that the object we hit also shot us up in the air almost a foot. Josh after test driving the vehicle twice with a mechanic said that they did not hear or find anything wrong with the vehicle. He became argumentive and rude over the phone when I insisted that the noise was there. I heard it, my wife heard it, and my father-in law heard it. He stated over the phone that he will not just start doing work on other peoples monies. What????. My full coverage insurance had already give him and myself the go ahead for whatever it may have needed due to the object that was ran over. About an hour later, he asked me to come down and reproduce the noise for him, sure, I have nothing better to do I thought. I arrived was told were the keys were. Josh sat on the phone with someone while I started my car and slowly drove past his office window. I rolled down the drivers side window and said, DO YOU HEAR THAT? Oh, that he said, yah. Eventually we had the mechanic that had taken the car for a test drive twice discover that the hubcap was not completely wanting to mate due to the object being hit. They did not replace the hubcap. They did not adress the issues with the leaking radiator fluid, the mechanic said a pothole would not cause a radiator leak. WHAT??? There you are all done. What??? Then Josh also said. We will bill your insurance for diagnostics. When did the stange object that could have been remenets from a logger truck accident along with the smacking metal sound I heard at the time of the collision become a pothole. Second both Josh and the mechanic decided to hop in my car and drive it when the fluids were not at the proper levels. WHAT??? My family will never take our vehicles to Diel again, ever. In the future we will be taking our vehicles to Scarff ford in Auburn. There staff are friendly, fast, and very efficient. Diehl, in our opinion, SUCKS! More
I bought my car there, and at first it was an ok experience, they wouldn't go find me the exact car that I wanted, so I settled for the car I now have. About 1.5 weeks later they called me back sayi experience, they wouldn't go find me the exact car that I wanted, so I settled for the car I now have. About 1.5 weeks later they called me back saying that they screwed up on the paper work, and I would either need to pay $75 more per month or give it back. I argued my point and negotiated my way down to $17 per month more. But after that I will never go there to buy another car again, insted I go to Pioneer Ford in Lynden, where I bought my newest truck and they went the extra mile to get me into the exact truck I wanted and treated me right.
