Chris Bonesteele is my reason for going to Diehl Ford. He makes the purchase process a breeze. In the service department, Jason Turrell is my guy. I brought my car in for an oil change and he explained why I needed my flux capacitor changed. Saved my bacon! Just Kidding! Jason is as honest as they come and the entire Diehl Ford service department is great. Even Dante Attolini. He is the car wash EXTRAODINAIRE! I met Dante multiple times. Every time I purchase a car (about 5 times now), Dante makes sure that it is clean as a whistle. And after my oil changes Dante makes sure that my carpets are vaccumed better than kirby salesman doing an in-home demo. Long story short, Diehl Ford is full of great guys! Whether you need a new vehicle (Call CHRIS), Service (CALL JASON), or a car wash (CALL DANTE) it is the place to be. AND FREE POPCORN!!!! Can't beat that! More
Chris is very good at what he does and is not your typical "car salesman". I have purchased my last two cars from Chris and have encouraged anyone who has asked where to go, to go talk to him. Although we came in right before close they did everything they could for us in a friendly and helpful atmosphere. They were also willing to lower price on the vehicle to meet our needs. My wife and I had a great experience at Diehl Ford, from working with the salesmen Chris picking out the right car for us, to getting sales approval from Randy, and Emil with the finance, and warranty. Ever working with the salesmen Chris picking out the right car for us, to getting sales approval from Randy, and Emil with the finance, and warranty. Everyone we worked with made us feel comfortable through the whole process; we even got a thank you from Mike Diehl. We have also had our cars serviced at Diehl's for over 25 years, and always have been treated well, we have bought a total 4 vehicles from Diehl Ford, the first a 1973 Ford Ranger pickup, then 1996 Sable, 2003 Mustang, and now our 2010 ford Escape, and would definitely go back again when we need another vehicle. Charged More than twice the estimate despite no surprises. Then on top of that charged a shop fee. No explanation as to why except that "We charge that to everyone." surprises. Then on top of that charged a shop fee. No explanation as to why except that "We charge that to everyone." More
Diehl did a great job on my car, it looks brand new! I hit a deer a few months back and they were able to restore my car. Josh and Brett were both very friendly and always made sure that they had permiss hit a deer a few months back and they were able to restore my car. Josh and Brett were both very friendly and always made sure that they had permission before doing anything to my ride. I will definitely only go to Diehl for my autobody needs (which will hopefully be few and far between)...they are awesome :0) More
Dropped by because I heard this place has been around forever. Not sure how they've managed that. Everything they showed me on the lot was a former rental. I told the salesman I didn't want to buy a used forever. Not sure how they've managed that. Everything they showed me on the lot was a former rental. I told the salesman I didn't want to buy a used rental. He laughed at me and told me smart customers know buying a used rental is the best deal. Yeah right. What do you think, that I'm a dummy? Then he said he had a phone call and put me with a real high pressure kind of guy who kept grilling me about payment options and what I was looking to spend per month. How about you find me a good, clean, reliable car first and then we get into that. Steer clear of this dump. More
MY REVIEW OF DIEHL FORD IN BELINGHAM: I brought my car MY REVIEW OF DIEHL FORD IN BELINGHAM: I brought my car for an insurance inspection/ repair as needed. My wife an I ran over a foriegn object on hi MY REVIEW OF DIEHL FORD IN BELINGHAM: I brought my car for an insurance inspection/ repair as needed. My wife an I ran over a foriegn object on hiway 9. We were driving the speedlimit(50). The object was unavoidable( the object or the ditch.) I explained the event to Josh-twice. Josh spoke to me on my cellphone and said that him and the mechanic could not locate the problem-a noise coming from the drivers side front tire and wheel assembly. In addition to the car pulling to the side slightly, and slight vibration above 50 miles an hour, in addition to coolant leaking. My wife and I explained that the object we hit also shot us up in the air almost a foot. Josh after test driving the vehicle twice with a mechanic said that they did not hear or find anything wrong with the vehicle. He became argumentive and rude over the phone when I insisted that the noise was there. I heard it, my wife heard it, and my father-in law heard it. He stated over the phone that he will not just start doing work on other peoples monies. What????. My full coverage insurance had already give him and myself the go ahead for whatever it may have needed due to the object that was ran over. About an hour later, he asked me to come down and reproduce the noise for him, sure, I have nothing better to do I thought. I arrived was told were the keys were. Josh sat on the phone with someone while I started my car and slowly drove past his office window. I rolled down the drivers side window and said, DO YOU HEAR THAT? Oh, that he said, yah. Eventually we had the mechanic that had taken the car for a test drive twice discover that the hubcap was not completely wanting to mate due to the object being hit. They did not replace the hubcap. They did not adress the issues with the leaking radiator fluid, the mechanic said a pothole would not cause a radiator leak. WHAT??? There you are all done. What??? Then Josh also said. We will bill your insurance for diagnostics. When did the stange object that could have been remenets from a logger truck accident along with the smacking metal sound I heard at the time of the collision become a pothole. Second both Josh and the mechanic decided to hop in my car and drive it when the fluids were not at the proper levels. WHAT??? My family will never take our vehicles to Diel again, ever. In the future we will be taking our vehicles to Scarff ford in Auburn. There staff are friendly, fast, and very efficient. Diehl, in our opinion, SUCKS! More
I bought my car there, and at first it was an ok experience, they wouldn't go find me the exact car that I wanted, so I settled for the car I now have. About 1.5 weeks later they called me back sayi experience, they wouldn't go find me the exact car that I wanted, so I settled for the car I now have. About 1.5 weeks later they called me back saying that they screwed up on the paper work, and I would either need to pay $75 more per month or give it back. I argued my point and negotiated my way down to $17 per month more. But after that I will never go there to buy another car again, insted I go to Pioneer Ford in Lynden, where I bought my newest truck and they went the extra mile to get me into the exact truck I wanted and treated me right.
