Mike Diehl was so helpful. I had shipped my truck out to Washington and unfortunately the trucking company messed up my trucks windows pretty bad. Chris was great to work with - he gave us a fair price on both the new car and our trade-in, and came up with the right car,even though it wasn't on the lot. He took the time, both when the car was picked both the new car and our trade-in, and came up with the right car,even though it wasn't on the lot. Outstanding service. This was based on them giving me a good price, dealing with my list of options I wanted, explaining everything well, and the final pickup of the vehicle taking 26 minutes.
