I was treated very well when I stopped in to check on the new Focus Hatchback. John Quimby was very prompt seeing to our needs. Outstanding service. This was based on them giving me a good price, dealing with my list of options I wanted, explaining everything well, and the final pickup of the vehicle taking 26 minutes. Mike Diehl and Chris Bonesteel was very helpful in getting me into the right vehicle, and Randy Larsen and Emil Vinberg helped to secure me the best deal possible. Over the years even when I have had a problem with my vehicle (which has not been that often) Diehl Ford has been right there to make sure I am well taken care of. One of the most important points, is that I never feel mislead or pressured by service to do work that is not needed on my vehicle, like I have gotten from the service departments at other dealerships. I would highly recommend Diehl Ford for great people and high integrity. More
