I happened to meet Chris at the front door as I was coming in to look at and test drive two different models. He had assisted my daughter and son-in-law two months earlier with the purchase of a C-max coming in to look at and test drive two different models. He helped review and compare the Focus 5 door and the C-max SE literally side by side and in test drives. He was friendly, responsive, helpful and we completed a build online of the features I wanted. He confirmed that the car I wanted was at a Puget Sound Dealer. On the Tuesday following, my new car was at Diehl's lot and we completed all the paperwork. What a smooth process. I am so pleased with the drive and ride of the C-max SE. More

Mike Diehl was so helpful. I had shipped my truck out to Washington and unfortunately the trucking company messed up my trucks windows pretty bad.
