This dealership sells junk trucks with questionable titles from Canada. They operate like a small corner lot and are completely dishonest. They sold me a 2021 F150 in September and sent it to the wrong titles from Canada. They operate like a small corner lot and are completely dishonest. They sold me a 2021 F150 in September and sent it to the wrong customer delaying the delivery over 3 weeks. The truck came with a missing spare tire , gauges turn to kilometers and Celsius randomly , paintwork in almost every panel and poorly done bondo work. The title still has not been correctly submitted to the dmv so I can’t even sell the truck. They had me fly in from another state with promises that I would be getting an extended warranty with $0 deductible but they lied and could only sell a warranty with $100 deductible because Canadian Trucks have 60k KM warranty not Miles (42k miles and you’re out of warranty ) . So far the vehicle has needed new wiring harnesses , they sent the truck with all 4 brakes warped , needed a new battery , unsuccessful alignments , they sent the truck with mud all over the engine bay and frame rails, the truck has a driveline issue that may be the transmission or driveshaft, the seat frames inside the truck are rusty and the speakers are full of mud. A couple of Ford Dealers told me they wouldn’t put this truck because it is in terrible condition and they would send it to wholesale auctions , basically treated it like a salvage vehicle. The truck has been in the dealer for 2/6 months of me owning it and 3 weeks late delivery... and likely another couple of weeks or more to replace the transmission or driveshaft. My biggest regret is giving these people my business. I wish I never stepped foot in that place, my business and personal life wouldn’t have been compromised by this dealership. They take no responsibility for this mess of a deal, they never offered a resolution or any thing. I run a business and my clients are my top priority , I take responsibility for my mistakes and I resolve it as soon as possible. I don’t brush it off like Bellingham Ford is trying to do with me. More

My last couple of visits here have resulted in damage to my vehicle. The last time, they did fix the body damage. There was a burn mark in the carpet that I'm pretty sure wasn't there but I never pointed it my vehicle. The last time, they did fix the body damage. This time, it's scratches on my steering wheel that I am fairly confident weren't there before, which I can't even imagine how they did it. It's an old truck. I didn't call to complain, because there's nothing that can be done to fix it outside of sending the steering wheel for new leather, not a cheap endeavor. I think the staff there are overworked, possibly underpaid. They always look overwhelmed. I have to drive in person most of the time to get any info. The repair staff aren't being careful with customer vehicles. Might be time for me to look for another shop. It's hard to recommend them outside of having a few guys that know the older trucks in the shop, but if their staff damage it each time, what's the point. More
