I was in Bellingham Ford in August 2025 To get almost $ 10,000.00 worth of engine warrenty work done on my Ford F-150 4x4. Two (2) months later it siezed ( Blew up ) on Interstate 5 in Bellingham, WA, ( 10,000.00 worth of engine warrenty work done on my Ford F-150 4x4. Two (2) months later it siezed ( Blew up ) on Interstate 5 in Bellingham, WA, ( RUSH hr. traffic ) There was no warning lights or dash light idicator. Two days after it was towed to Belllingham Fordd they finally got back to me. They proceeded to inform me it was a falty coolent hose, There fore shifting any blame from them. I drove the truck for two months without any problems. They had to drain all liquids ( Oil & Coolent ) forom engine in order to service engine. That means they would half to replace fluids to test drive truck. The owner of Bellingham Ford ( Jullian Green ) even went as far as accusing me of replacing the coolent hose after I left ? What kind of person or company treats Customers/ People like that. I felt humiliated/ Betrayed & taken advantage of. They also told me the warrenty work was about to expire, After checking, I still had a year to go. Talk about high Presure ! I will never refer another soul or spend another dime in that Business ( Bellingham Ford ) Oh, Anybody whant to buy a $ 30,000.00 Truck body ( Minus an Engine ? ) Thanks, Bellingham Ford More

If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my car to Bellingham Ford after calling ahead and being assured they could help reassemble part of my engine block (I already had all the p I brought my car to Bellingham Ford after calling ahead and being assured they could help reassemble part of my engine block (I already had all the parts, some brand new). I had my car towed to their shop, and then it sat there for four months. During that time, I called, emailed, and even showed up in person multiple times, only to be told each time that “there are a lot of cars in front of yours.” After months of zero real communication or updates, I was finally told they couldn’t do the work after all and that I’d “just need a whole new engine” — with a quote of $13,500 for parts and labor. I never received an initial quote, never received updates, and was blindsided with that information after months of waiting. When I declined, they accused me of attempting to abandon my car in their lot, even though I had been the one constantly reaching out trying to get answers. The last person I spoke with was also rude, which only added to an already awful experience. In short: no communication, no accountability, and no respect for the customer’s time or money. Thanks for absolutely nothing, Bellingham Ford. More
