I bought my car in for a normal oil change, which then resulted into a battery change and further more into a sensor change. Parts were ordered and I was told that my car could be bought in next week and resulted into a battery change and further more into a sensor change. After a month of no communication and me constantly calling to find out when I could bring my car in to be fixed, I finally connected with someone who said your part is here and bring your car in. Not once did I get any communication from my service provider. When I finally bought my car in and got the part installed I requested a complimentary quick vaccum and as expected that was not done. After paying a large amount of money, the customer service and the amount of time it took to get my car fixed was just not acceptable. I am very disappointed. More
