I initially spoke with the salesman Albert by phone, as my wife was 9 months pregnant and didn't want to make any unnecessary trips. After determining we had a potential deal, I made the 50 mile trip, and met with Al in person. He was great to work with. He made sure everything went smoothly. Their printers were not working at the time and knowing my wife could give birth any minute, Al made the 50 mile drive to my house the next day so my wife could sign her paperwork.
