Worst experiences ever. And yes this is plural. By far the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I was sold a service that I did not get. Service tech was extremely incompetent and was not knolegable of anything more than an oil change. Then I get the pleasure of dealing with the biggest xxx hat of them all Dennis. And further more nobody here wants to hear about or do anything about what they screw up. Walked away with over $3000.00 in repairs when quoted about $800.00 in repairs. Then I get my truck back and have a broken oil pressure gage and broken transmutation dip stick tube. Dennis responded with I can look at it but not today. Your mechanic broke them but didn't fix it????????? I could go on for days but I will stop here. By the way my family and I have bought many new vehicles from here but that will NEVER happen again. More
Used 2015 Suburban with preexisting "unknown" issues I purchased a 2015 Chevy Suburban in March 2016. For some reason the Onstar system was not connecting to a representative when pressed. The gentlema I purchased a 2015 Chevy Suburban in March 2016. For some reason the Onstar system was not connecting to a representative when pressed. The gentleman at Bellamy Strickland said to try when I got home. I tried a number of times. I finally took it in to a local Chevy store to have looked at since the distance from my home was quite a ways from Bellamy Strickland. Finding out the entire onstar system was faulty. Also the gps antenna was needing replaced and had water leaking underneath it. $700 later It was fixed by Rick Hendrick. Please be aware of preexisting issues before purchase. I could kick myself for not having the unit checked out prior to signing the "as is" form. My salesman and finance manager were good. Natalie in BDC was fine. I just am a little disappointed that this pre-existing issue was not reimbursed from the dealer. More

Called in to check on it was put on hold forever then my service writer Shawn told me he would call before the day ended to schedule repair never heard a word....... What is going on at this place is NO SERVICE FOR CUSTOMERS at that rate I am not sure how your company stays in business More
Very unreliable STAY AWAY!!!! I had the misfortune of dealing with Tony. I was very excited to close the deal we had agreed on $19k out the door. I did my financing application and then he proceeded to tell me that all I would have to pay would be taxes. This is after we agreed on an out the door price. Tony was a xxxxxxxx. I know this wasn't his first time hearing, "out the door". Stay away!!! More

Not Impressed-not worried about selling cars! I walked in as was greeted warmly by Chad. I explained my situation and his words were "if anyone can do it, we can". After an hour and a half once he realized I did have impeccable credit, wasn't putting money down, and had a trade in with negative equity, he lost interest and sent me on my way (after saying it might be done if I went to a base model). That evening I drove home in a brand new GMC Terrain slt2 from Hennessy gmc of southlake. Chad, unfortunately you were wrong and I now have a new dealership for life!! More

The salesman stood me up and was out getting gas after over 30 mins waiting no show. He told the receptionist that he'd be back. So I waited, he never showed up. I sent and email to him and no reply. However I did get an email 2 days later. He apologized. I did contact his sales manager. He was on the defense. I was just letting him know how bad my experience has been. He was rude. We have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership and do all of our routine maintenance with the service department. The customer service is through the roof awesome! The car buying experience is so comfortable of our routine maintenance with the service department. The customer service is through the roof awesome! The car buying experience is so comfortable and no pressure! Scott goes out of his way to help any way he can! The service department always explains your repairs thoroughly. We will use this dealership for all of our vehicle needs and recommend it to everyone!!! More
I have bought many cars here and have never been treated like my business really mattered to them, I also have recently bought new parts from them and they will not honor their own warranty. I spoken with the owner William Strickland and he is a money hungry crook, who is directing the rest of the crooks. I love the GM brand but will NEVER give these guys any more of my money. More
