Horrible service techs/department, do not honor we owes, BAD Just bought new used Suburban for nearly $40k, had some minor issues, svc department had it for a week, got car back, still had same issues, went back Just bought new used Suburban for nearly $40k, had some minor issues, svc department had it for a week, got car back, still had same issues, went back, they put dent in door and cut weatherstripping up, still didn't align car, car seems to be a freshwater flood damaged car......all padding under carpets front to back are soaked.. they tried to say it was from shampooing, but this car has never been shampood or even vaccuumed, it's funny how they stick the plastic to the dirty stained carpet to make it look like they've done something...I've had car back for a total of 2 days in the 2 weeks we've had it and have spent the whole evening trying to fix crap the dealer's techs screwed up on the door trim and now have to take the entire interior out of car thoroughly clean and dry all carpet and padding and then find all the leaks....this is absurd.....tried to give us $3 floor mats, then were supposed to provide new mats and gave us old stained up mats.....oh and let's not forget we bought car at night and couldn't see all the flaws but the one's that were supposed to be fixed on we owe were denied the following monday when my wife brought the car to the dealer to fix everything....haha oh and we were promise a loaner...so after my wife with a new born baby sits waiting for 6hrs they finally gave her one and kept her car for a week for a 3hrs worth of work that didn't get correctly completed that I still have to fix!!!!..that's okay the factory mats suck and I bought husky liners anyway...but still.....oem mat set is on we owe and they gave us old junk mats....I will never buy another car here again or recommend anyone do so! The service department is incompetent 100% and I wouldn't let them work on anything More

Service tech was extremely incompetent and was not knolegable of anything more than an oil change. Then I get the pleasure of dealing with the biggest xxx hat of them all Dennis. And further more nobody here wants to hear about or do anything about what they screw up. Walked away with over $3000.00 in repairs when quoted about $800.00 in repairs. Then I get my truck back and have a broken oil pressure gage and broken transmutation dip stick tube. Dennis responded with I can look at it but not today. Your mechanic broke them but didn't fix it????????? I could go on for days but I will stop here. By the way my family and I have bought many new vehicles from here but that will NEVER happen again. Used 2015 Suburban with preexisting "unknown" issues I purchased a 2015 Chevy Suburban in March 2016. For some reason the Onstar system was not connecting to a representative when pressed. The gentlema I purchased a 2015 Chevy Suburban in March 2016. For some reason the Onstar system was not connecting to a representative when pressed. The gentleman at Bellamy Strickland said to try when I got home. I tried a number of times. I finally took it in to a local Chevy store to have looked at since the distance from my home was quite a ways from Bellamy Strickland. Finding out the entire onstar system was faulty. Also the gps antenna was needing replaced and had water leaking underneath it. $700 later It was fixed by Rick Hendrick. Please be aware of preexisting issues before purchase. I could kick myself for not having the unit checked out prior to signing the "as is" form. My salesman and finance manager were good. Natalie in BDC was fine. I just am a little disappointed that this pre-existing issue was not reimbursed from the dealer. More

Called in to check on it was put on hold forever then my service writer Shawn told me he would call before the day ended to schedule repair never heard a word....... What is going on at this place is NO SERVICE FOR CUSTOMERS at that rate I am not sure how your company stays in business More
Very unreliable STAY AWAY!!!! I had the misfortune of dealing with Tony. I was very excited to close the deal we had agreed on $19k out the door. I did my financing application and then he proceeded to tell me that all I would have to pay would be taxes. This is after we agreed on an out the door price. Tony was a xxxxxxxx. I know this wasn't his first time hearing, "out the door". Stay away!!! More
