WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! | dealt with Hector, Richard and Gerald. Gerald and Hector were grear. But Richard in finance sold me a bunch of lies and a dream that turned into a nightmare! | ended up returning the brand new car 3 days later because of the lies. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone that is just looking for a fair deal. I went back a few days later hoping to get some sort of resolution, but the deal went from 0 down to 1300 down. I was told that the income came back 1,300 shorter than what we gave them proof of. I'm not sure how that would happen but I ended up walking away. I will be reporting this to the BBB, and to everyone I can tell it too. More
